CARE FOR YOUR MAYLEEN JEWELLERY

A little care will help preserve the shine and appearance of your jewellery.

EVERYDAY CARE

• Apply perfume, lotions and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery.
• Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising or cleaning.
• Avoid prolonged contact with salt water, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
• Dry your jewellery gently after contact with water.
• Remove it before sleeping to prevent pulling, scratching or damage.

CLEANING

Wipe your jewellery gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth.

You may also use your Mayleen pouch to remove light fingerprints, provided it is clean, dry and free from dust. Avoid rough brushes, abrasive products and strong chemical cleaners.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time. Use a soft cloth suitable for silver.

YOUR MAYLEEN POUCH AND BOX

Each order includes a pouch and box to help protect your jewellery.

Use the pouch to:

• store each piece separately;
• reduce scratches and tangling;
• protect your jewellery while travelling;
• gently remove light surface marks.

Place the pouch inside your Mayleen box for extra protection.

STORAGE AND TRAVEL

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Before travelling:

• fasten necklace and bracelet clasps;
• keep earrings together;
• place each piece in a separate pouch;
• store the pouches inside your Mayleen box or a firm jewellery case.

Make sure your jewellery is clean and completely dry before storing it.
